Open Accessories in the menu and pick your model – ARTEMIS, ARTEMIS PRO, KANO, WOLF, SHAWK, PANTHER, COBRA, COUGAR, NORA or ALTAY – to see only the parts that fit it.
How do I know a part fits my chair?
Each part lists the Alton Mobility models it fits. The model name is printed on your chair's frame; if you are unsure, call +1 714 586 5164 and we will check before you order.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free. Every order goes out with FedEx to the US and Canada within 1 business day; most continental US deliveries take 3–9 business days.
Can I return it?
Yes. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Defective items may carry a restocking fee of up to 10%; see our refund policy.
